Shoreline accepts initial inquiries only from residents of WA. It does not request or accept an insurance application through this website.
Information the inquiry form collects
When intake is available, the form requests only a loan-amount range, expected closing date, state of residence, name, optional business name, email, phone number, and consent records. It is not designed to collect medical, financial, tax, identity, or policy documents.
How information is used
Information submitted from an accepting state is used to respond to the request and coordinate an initial conversation. When referral intake is disabled, no contact information is requested or retained from other states.
Service providers
Netlify Forms stores the inquiry and may notify Shoreline of a verified submission. Calendly is offered separately for scheduling. Shoreline may later enable a transactional email or operator-notification provider. Each enabled provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Website analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand page visits, site navigation, device and browser categories, approximate geography, and successful inquiry submissions. Shoreline sends a form name and direct-or-referral route with a successful-submission event; it does not send the form's name, business name, email, phone number, loan range, closing date, or other entered fields to Google Analytics. Google processes analytics data under its privacy policy, and Google provides a browser opt-out add-on.
Retention and requests
Unconverted website inquiries are reviewed at least annually and deleted when they are no longer reasonably needed to respond, maintain the business record, meet a legal or regulatory obligation, resolve a dispute, or protect the service.
