This website is live, but the online inquiry form is temporarily paused. No contact information is collected through the availability flow while intake is disabled.
Information the inquiry form collects
When intake is available, the form requests only a loan-amount range, expected closing date, state of residence, name, optional business name, email, phone number, and consent records. It is not designed to collect medical, financial, tax, identity, or policy documents.
How information is used
Information submitted from an accepting state is used to respond to the request and coordinate an initial conversation. When referral intake is disabled, no contact information is requested or retained from other states.
Service providers
When enabled, Netlify Forms stores the inquiry, Twilio sends a minimal alert to the operator, and Resend sends a transactional acknowledgment. Calendly is offered separately for scheduling. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and requests
Inquiry information is retained only under Shoreline's approved retention and deletion procedure. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact the public email shown after activation or the public phone shown after activation.
